OPERATOR II problem!!!

Umm yeah...."Support" is support


Try calling 1 - 800 - 322 - 6337 between 10-6PST tomorrow. I myself am not entirely sure, but it sounds like it stores the scenes in something like a EEPROM that needs a battery to sustain it. It could be that the battery went bad??

Well anyway try calling the support department first thing tomorrow, and I don't know why you didn't get a reply to your emails. ADJ support is known to be some of the best in the business. Call and they will hook you up right away.

Oscar, this was a problem which happened with the earlier "operators", ADJ sent me a "fix" which was an extra chip to add to the PCB. This "fix" cured the same annoying problem. By the way, ADJ sent me the "fix" free of charge, and I live in the U.K. Dek.

that fix is for earlier DMX Operator's not the DMX Operator ll
