we are a mobile church and I set up every weekend the same way so when I did today plugged everything in like I always do nothing is working saved my file deleted the software reinstalled opened and nothing.. It worked last time i did that but not this time.. HELP what am i missing nothing has changed I set this up the same way for 3 yrs same setup

i can't get them to do anything change color or fade or anything

does the interface connect to the computer when plugged in? Go to my computer , manage devices, does it list a usb connection with a problem?

yes it's shows ok and it show the device connected when starting mydmx software

have you swapped dmx cables to make sure it's not a bad cable? Have you created a test show and connected a fixture?
