Explain manually controller. Also if these lights have dip switches to set DMX address check to see if there is a dip switch number 10 and see if turning it off or on does anything. On some fixtures turning dip #10 on puts the fixture in dmx mode. Let me know.

The LED lights are not dip switches, but 4 buttons [Menu] [Esc] [Up [Down]

the [Menu] selection cycles through these options by pressing [Up or [Down]

Addr: 001-512
Red Dimmer: 0-12 [off-full]
Green Dimmer: 0-12 [off-full]
Blue Dimmer: 0-12 [off-full]
Flash: 0-12 [off-fast]
Fading: 0-12 [off-fast]
Color Changing: 500-512 [off-fast]
Sound Active, color changing
Sound Flash, color flashing

[Esc] enters the selected [Menu] option

[Up] or [Down] adjusts the value accordingly for that option

hitting [Esc] locks the value in [Menu] selects the option.

in this case selecting "Addr" should be the DMX mode, as a '.' shows as 'Addr.'
