no brands available / cannot create ssl

I got my new mydmx go, and got everything up and running on android, then I moved to a brand new ipad pro. it also worked.. partway through loading fixtures, it started giving me an error "cannot creale ssl" for every file I'd try to download. Now, it won't even load the brand list. when i start the software it says i'm not connected to the internet, though i can browse the web, and speedtest.net gives me 300mpbps. Is the server down or something? I have a blank canvas now, no fixtures, and no list will load on either of my ipads, or my android. The funny thing is, when it says I need to connect to the internet, it lets me log out, and successfully log back into light cloud. Any ideas? This is frustrating!
