NJD DATAMOON PROBOLEM???

I have just purcahsed a NJD Datamoon, which runs on 5pin DMX so i have got myself a 3pin to 5pin converter and pluged it in but for the life of me i carnt get it to pair up with the My DMX system??
has anyone else had a fault with them?

okay abit of a long shot, but i am useing the profile already created on MY DMX which has 2 channles, i have found the manual but it gose on about 4 channles, can somone let me know if the profile on MY DMX is correct,

You will need to contact the company that makes the fixture to know what is accurate. Only they have the answer to your question.

Also, you don't need a profile to work with MyDMX. Profiles just make fixtures "human friendly".
