newbie need help.

Hi, Need help to run our 64B LED pro to 7channel mode. Our problem is we can not locate or how find "001" with a small dot underneath the middle number as per user manual, or any other mode. We've tried to press mode botton but everything fails.
Thank you for any assistance with this matter.
