deleted everything from the computer and followed the instruction provided with the VMS4, everything seem to be working using VDJ LE, great. Then I uploaded VDJ PRO and the software started and then froze.
ok deleted everything again and followed the instruction in the thread 6840098906 provide and started VDJ 7.02 pro and it froze again.
I'm going to try again.

yes I contacted support, they have just asked for the error files.

I erased everything and reloaded presently VDJ LE is running no problems. I will upload VDJ pro and cross my fingers.

ok so I've removed and reloaded VDJ le and connected my VMS4 and everything works. What do I do next, this is the third or fourth time I get to this point . when I download VDJ Pro is when the problems start, what should I do next.

there are many configurations you could make using the VDJpro, even to make a good mix recording without the cue+master mix that happens, you could assign a couple of channels in the advanced config to set one Line in channel and other as record loopback and place a cable from the dj booth output and conect it to the line in you assign, but that's another story... anyway i hope this will help you in someway.

by the way... my vms4 was not conected when i capture the image... thats why there is no info on the asio panel.
