I ordered a replacement VMS4 soundcard from adjaudio.com. And in the process of installing it, decided, lets get a sturdy headphone jack on there. I would of taken more picks of the VMS4 in a bunch of pieces but, I didn't have time.

*Note: I just wanted to say "Thank you!" to the ADJ people in Commerce, CA, for sending the soundcard out so fast(came the next day after ordering!). Also, I'm well versed in electronics so don't try this mod unless you know what you're doing. Sounds better BTW!

@DJ R2real: In the picture, I only modded the headphone jack, this is not a part of the VMS4.1 soundcard. To be honest, when I upgraded to the new ADJ ASIO Driver 1.20, and found you can switch to 48000khz (Traktor 2) sound output on the VMS4, it was a good improvement. I've tried comparisons between a friend's 4.1 and the 4. The difference I noticed in the VMS4.1 card is, it doesn't have the low hum and buzzing when switched to analog, everything is clean and tight, no problems with mic inputs either. I only replaced my soundcard for the VMS4 version (Fried in really bad power surge Frowner ).

For the price they were asking for the 4.1 soundcard, and you have to order the powerpack separately, you can buy a brand new VMS4.1 for the total price Eeker . So, I just ordered the VMS4 version and it works good. I'm currently getting new custom EQ knobs made and I'm slowly customizing this thing.

Thanks everyone, I'll share more mods when they're done.

I like how they talk about the new power supply is amazing. Its 6vdc 2A compared to 5vdc 2am. The VMS4 only pulls about 700mA.

I also looked at upgrading to the new soundcard, but for 50 dollars more you can grab a new 4.1

I'd like to hear some feedback from people that use it consistently in nightclub settings, as my 5month old VMS4 is starting to have tons of little annoying issues.
