new vms 4.1t advice

hi there. ive recently purchased a vms4.1t from ebay as a replacment for my old vms 4 due to many many problems with it but still loving it. i have a coulpe of questions i hope you guys can clarify for me.

1: it comes wit no discs. can i get all the software it should have from you guys? if so can you point me in the right direction

2: will it work with vdj right out of the box? ive noticed that it has the pause button replaced with what looks like a chanell selection button . will this just function as pause in vdj?

3: what exactly are the diffrences in the 4.1 and the 4.1t?

hope this is clear and would really apreciate your advice on these.

i dont get it - the layout of the 4 and 4.1 are the same... could it be that you bought the traktor edition of the vms? this has an a/d channel selector (and b/d on the right).

the "normal" 4.1 was shipped with VDJ LE, the traktor edition with traktor ME. the traktor edition has an traktor-adjusted layout.
these are the only differences.

hi looks like i have the 4 traktor edition. its not arrived yet tho. did the 4 traktor edition still have the output and mic problems of the 4? and is there anyway to get another serial ? i have a le version that came with my ***** mc3000, will that work? thanks for your help

nope, the traktor edition is technically the same as the 4.1 - the only difference is the delivered software and the respective printing on the console.

i actually dont know - please contact support on that. AFAIK you get an console-tailored VDJ LE version with the normal 4.1...

ok. got the unit through and its vms4 upgraded. really happy. the license is on bottom of unit. only problem i now have is finding the vms version of traktor to download. the earlier link brings back everything but american audio.lol. can you post me a direct link to the software so i can get up and running. working tonight and would love to impress with this.

know you guys are busy but really could do with some help here,

1 where can i get the vms version of traktor? need a direct link as cant find it on one above

2 where can io get come of the rubber nudge covers for the jog wheels and how much are they?
