New user trying to understand

Hi everyone I am new to myDMX so if someone could help me out that would be great.
I was wondering why the profiles for both American DJ move laser and American DJ revo roll are both wrong they both do not have the correct number of channels and on the visualizer the color of the light does not change?
Maybe I'm doing something wrong but if not is there a profile that someone could make me? Thank you

Mike welcome to the forums, I have just looked at my profiles for both of those fixtures and both fixtures channels match up perfectly. Also the revo roll and the laser will NOT be visualized in the 3D. The 3D is really only good for RGB LED mixing and spotlight like moving head spot's with gobo's color wheels etc. would you like me to send you the files i have for those two fixtures? Let me know.

Keep in mind some fixtures have multiple channel modes, so make sure your profile is for the same channel mode as your fixture.

While you're at it, always double check your DMX addressing!
