New to Dmx/Chauvet Mini 4 Bar 2

Hi
Having trouble getting my mac/mydmx buddy to communicate with my Chauvet mini 4 bar 2 lights.
I fixed demo mode issue. I found chauvet 4 bar on list of lights.
Is that the problem, not 4 bar mini? Is there a setting in mac that I need to enable?
Any thoughts would be fantastic.
