New Snow Flurry problem :(

I purchased the American DJ Snow Flurry machine and cannot get it to work, at all. I noticed that it is not sucking up the liquid. I set it to on, and tried both small flurries and large flurries, but nothing. Don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it needs a warm up time? Help!

I think the snow flurry should be power on and go! You should be able to tell that if the fluid is not getting sucked through the straw, then something is wrong with the pump. Contact the dealer you bought it from and try to get a swap.
