New Profile Request thread.

hi got your profiles for thr revo sweep and the kam starcluster laser but i cant operate the green on its own i can the red but when i try the green it just gives a couple of flashes and the same when i use both red and green any suggestions

your using the kam star cluster 5 Ch profile? Let me check the profile. Also please tell me which channels these are that your having trouble with.

hi yes it is the kam starcluster 3d its channel 5
which changes the laser from red to green the red will stay on when i want the green on the green will only flash even when i want them both on

Kev the profile for the kam star 3D looked good. i dont know why you are having issues. Perhaps you have an address out of place? Let me know.

don't worry about the laser i just want to make sure all the colors and gobos work cuz the profile in the adj program doesnt have them so here is the link for the feutures http://www.guitarcenter.com/Ch...r-801396-i1155695.gc

See the thing is i am looking at the profile for the 1.0 and it has all the gobos. However there are not colors over the gobos. I cannot add this. I would have to create custom gobo icons with the custom colors overlaying the gobo's. I cannot do that. I will email you the snap shot profile.

I need to know which one of these you have. You may not be able to control the snap shots with DMX. Let me look into this but let me know which of these controllers you have.

yeah they are via 1/4" jacks

also i send you a picture of how it looks once you use the profile for the intimidator

ok well you cannot hook up 1/4 jacks to dmx sorry.

Kev no worries i need to make sure you tried to check your address on the fixture. What i mean is, if you go to your fixture and check the dip switches to make sure the address on the unit reflects the address that is assigned in the software. For example if your fixture is addressed to channel 1. Make sure you have dip one up or on and nothing else. Let me know.

I need to have the dmx traits. I can't jus look up the name and make it off the name. Please post a link to the manual. If it is not a ADJ or elation or chauvet light I will not be able to just find the product. It is you guys responsibility to have the information that I need to make the profiles.
