neutron star repair help or schematic

A friend of mine has a neutron star he is having trouble with. You plug it up and it might blink a few times then thats it. Then maybe a few minutes later it will blink again. Anyone have a schematic or suggestions on this. Would a bad buld to this? I checked the fuses and checked all solder joints and everthing looked good any advice? Thanks

In most cases that indicates that the lamp is going out. You can place the order for the lamp by calling A.D.J. @323-582-2650

i am fixing one that have the same problem i changethe speed pot, but nothing happend, and i think the suspected is the bulb
