Need urgent help!

Hi,

I ordered this week 2 AMERICAN DJ VERTI-PRO 2, and I was testing it today.

BUT it seems the cooling fan of both of them is not working. Is this an heat automated fan? Or is this just a problem so that it need to be repaired???

Does it just feel like the fan is not blowing hard? Or can you see its not turning? As long as it turns its working. The fan on the Vertigo/Vertipro blow into the light, not out. It is hard to feel the moving air with your hand. It is quite weak.

this happens to me to.. but its on my Raider. it seems that when ever it gets turned on and off alot the fan will go the opposite each time it is turned on.
