Need Topaz Help

Just got a Topaz a few months ago. Love it, BUT. It quit working. No lamp. The lamp is not burned out. Actually, it would work for about 15 minutes than stop. Two days later. Same thing. Anyone help me on this. Don't really want to send it back, but is that my only choice?
