Need help with Mega Par Profile

I have 3 MPPs and am trying to get them to work with DMX controllers (I have both the ADJ RGBW4C and a Chauvet Obey 10).

I'm pretty sure I have the addressing set correctly - A.001, A.005, A.009 for the RGBW4C and .001, .017, .033 for the Obey 10 - but the lights only work with the controllers when I have set them to Ch.03. With that setting, I correctly get Red, Green and Blue leds to work properly on the first 3 channel faders of both controllers.

Changing to any Ch.X setting to other than 3 gives me nothing. I'm now trying to get just one MPP , on A.001, to work and still no luck beyond Ch.03. Seems that since the RGBW4C is 4-channel and is also a ADJ product that it should work with the MPP set to Ch.04 (would be nice to have 'Master Dimmer' as I think it's supposed to be on the 4th 'White/Dimmer' fader).

Any help would be appreciated.
