need help new to mydmx

I have hooked up my lights put them in the patch from the scanlibary set the switches to what is says the light came on all colors and they are the (elation opti rgb). go to the editer and nothing happens when i move the faders.. this is my first time doing this so not sure what to do

Your seventh Channel is a Dimmer, that sets the over all brightness of the instrument. If that is at Zero it is like making everything zero. Setting it to 255 allows everything to be at 255. Everything in between.
