I have two more of these mixers coming in for two of my other dj's and i need to make sure they are not going to have the sound issue im haveing with the one i have. The dj that is using it says the volume will go real low or blast real loud. He is using virtualdj pro 7.4, i know its a sound card issue this is why i think the drivers are the problem, it runs just fine as an analog mixer. I have figured a way around the sound problem but if i can update the drivers i think it will solve it. What i have done to fix the issue or get around it is this. 1. I turn on the mixer before opening VDJPRO, 2. then i open VDJPRO 3. i go to channel one slider and i slide it all the way up and back down then i do the same for the other channels. 4. then i go to the gain knob on top and i turn it down and back up to the preset i have it on which is ten oclock. I do this on each channel. Then i hit play on which ever deck i am using. It's weird but it works. Its like it's some sort of initialization. Here is a video of my issue. https://youtu.be/WE0ptJdjvG0
