What we have is both PAR cans works , as in fader one to red and so on. Our problem is our LED mega panel light, we can not control the light at all. We set it up just like the manual states, but still no joy.
How is the scene botton works, we are planning to have different light show with every song. And also can we still use our old PAR with dimmer pack.
Can anyone help us, our performance will on 02 May. Any help are grately appreciated.

Congratulations. I hope I can interpret your words to English so as to help you better.

You have two 64 LED fixtures and 1 Mega Panel, and a DMX console. What is the console exactly?

First, I have 4 of the Mega Panels and they give me no grief. At first they did, but it was due to a configuration issue. Please, read the manual again and go over this fixture very slowly for configuration. This fixture has multiple DMX personalities. I would suggest for ease of use for now, you stay with 7 channel mode as I have personally found this to be the most useful mode. It has 3 channels, 1 each, for Red, Green and Blue, respectively. It has a channel for overall dimming. Using these 4 channels alone gives you probably 90% of the options you'll need.

Second: We can pretty much guarantee you're not using DMX cabling or a terminator. if you feel handy, you can build a DMX terminator using a male XLR connector and a 120-ohm 1/4-watt resistor across pins 2 and 3. As far as DMX cabling is concerned, you can build your own or buy pre-made. This may be part of your problem.

Dimmer packs: If you have pre-existing fixtures hanging off of dimmer packs, I honestly don't see that being any problem. DO NOT plug in your new LED DMX-capable fixtures into the dimmer packs. Just ensure that you are not overlapping any addresses, at least not with non-identical fixtures.

Without knowing a bit more, help will be difficult. With so many fixtures and consoles out there, we need specifics to ensure we provide the right help. Also, you have like 2 months, you're fine.
You say an Elation 512. What is that? compu live? A show designer one perhaps? Is it a Pc software or a hardware console? The more details the better. also i am not trying to make fun but the typing skills will really help us understand you better if the words are spelled correctly. If english is not your first language perhaps call our outside US offices? or check out a web based translator app.
Sincerely,
Sorry from my first post, i have another concerns, our LED PAR lights, how far can i set this lights until it will look like a flood light. Right now it seems like a spot light or did we rigged oour LEDs wrong.
Does the power panel and PAR LEd light should have the same light brightness. And also, every time i tried to adjust between color mixing seems like it has 3 seconds delay. We are using DMX operator contoller.

We are currently using 2 64B LED pros and one mega panel lEd.
Thanks for any assistance that you can share.

As far as your first post goes. You may just have to play around with the positioning til you get it just right. These par cans should be more wash than spot. If you need too you can buy some diffusion filters and wash the light even more.

I am not sure about the delay that you are experiencing.
As far as your latest post. I would add a few more led par cans if i were you. 2 of them plus a panel prob isn't all that much.
Sincerely,
He doesn't have enough light to cover things.

I don't know which way to recommend. I'd say at least get a second mega panel, but I'd also recommend 4 more cans as well. You've got decent throw, but just not sufficient coverage overall.

I personally have 4 Mega panels, 4 Mega bar 50's, and 8 64 LED Pro's. I'm soon adding 8 Elation Tri Par's. I forget the model, but I can find it quickly on the Elation site.

As far as delay is concerned, they need to tweak the fade time on the DMX Operator to zilch and they should get instant changes. That's why they have the problem there. Then again, 2-3 seconds of fade can be quite cool. It's slow enough to be calming, but fast enough to be efficient.
