So just received the RM hardware. Two problems already. First is that I bought so I could map ports for each set our band does between sets quickly such that I don't have to run off my computer (which I also use for sound). Unfortunately if you set up mapping that information is immediately lost when the program is shut off or disconnected from the RM. That means I have to remap every preset for every set every time we play. Given the mapping is not that quick (sluggish) this is really not a usable thing and was one of the main reasons I bought this. Second more concerning is that it seems to fire off information to my 6bar that fires off chases and half working chases and strobes regardless of what is programmed in that step of the scene. I thought this might be the light or software but as soon as I unplugged the RM and plugged into my regular 3.0 MyDMX dongle the 6bar worked fine. Is there any workaround to the mapping or is ADJ trying to fix this and has anyone else had the problem with lights firing off depsite step/scene info. At present it seems this is just something that I may need to return. My software is March 2022 which is the latest version and running on a PC with windows 11.
