myDMX USB Driver

We have the older myDMX and I installed the software last night. When I plug in the USB it cannot find the driver. I have tried specifying C:\myDMX and C:\myDMX\scandisk and neither is acceptable. Scandisk has too many sub directories to search them all manually.

Where should we look?
