MyDMX updates and suggestions

Hi,

New member. Been using MyDMX for our light show for 2-3 years now with zero problems. Currently have 3 PAR 64s, 4 PAR 38's and 4 color bars. All LED. Absolutely love it. We are wanting to add in the American DJ quad phase. I looked in the setup last night when I was turning everything on, and noticed there was no selection for the Quad Phase. Since it's a digital DIP switch like our color bars I figured I would look for a software update for MyDMX. Apparently there is one but i'm unclear on where to download it and how.
I just want to get the software up to date to make installing the quad phase as seamless and easy as possible.

Welcome to the forums. The latest software update is always available to download from the my dmx product page. Also there is a link to download the latest American dj profiles. you can hit the link at the bottom of my post. It takes you directly to the product page.

Ok...I downloaded the new profiles. Could you explain how I go about putting into the software ? Just program files and drag and drop or what ?

Nope. here is the filepath: C:\myDMX\ScanLibrary
Then just place them in a folder in the scan library folder.

Yeah I got it easy enough. Light's installed and looks killer. About ten feet in front of our stage. My only issue now is getting enough haze to it. Fit seamlessly into the MyDMX software.
