Hey guys, new here
My church has just had the MyDMX-RM installed and we were struggling to get crossfades to work when switching between scenes.
We have created the scenes in MyDMX 3.0 and they crossfade successfully when played back on the PC.
When uploaded to the MyDMX RM the triggered scene will fade in but the previous scene will snap out.
Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Are you using the fade in and out function on each scene?
Yeah we are, doesn't work via the RM, but does when using live mode on the PC
Could be a memory issue, the RM is just a little limited on memory if using a lot of lights and a lot of effects.
I am almost certain i've used crossfade before on scenes and it worked.
how many total channels are you using?
Allways use the LIVE mode to run an actual cross-fade - Edit is just, Edit - I run this controller in a small theatre and if all the scenes have fade in fade out times then in "Edit" mode you wont see the fades but in live mode with crossfade selected it will work great -
