MyDMX Problems With Inno Roll LED

I just got my American DJ Inno Roll LED, set it to DMX 512 and hooked it up to my Mydmx1. I then downloaded the profile I found at http://forums.americandj.com/e...0045516/m/5220023856. The light looks like it is set to DMX and the mydmx box recognizes it but when I move the faders up and down on the software, there is no response from the light. Anybody else had this problem or have any suggestions of what I could be missing?
