Does anyone know what the fix is to the app crashing on a Fire tablet? Only way I know how is to uninstall but when I install again, my fixtures are gone and I have to add them all over.

Is the App up to date? Can you reproduce the crash?
Take a video of the crash and post it here with the specs of the tablet and the app version number and we'll look into it.
Im thinking I figured it out but still working on it. Seems when I add a fixture for "varied" and choose lalucenatz 12 led 3 in 1 wall washer that's when my app crashes. Still testing other fixtures. So far, its good as long as I don't add that one.
I would delete that laluce profile and see if it has an update for it. Otherwise i will check with the developers profile team tomm.
Ok, we think the issue is fixed, but can you please install this beta release of LightRider (aka MyDMX go) and see if its fixed

I did not load the beta. Thanks for your efforts. I'll try again the regular way. If that doesn't work I'll just not use these lights in dmx mode. Thanks again
