MYDMX DONGLE LOCKED UP

Hey guys & gals

been using MYDMX for two plus years, setup a wedding yesterday and tested my lights prior to wedding..then blackout the lights till I was ready to use 2hrs later went to use and had no control over MYDMX and even tried my second lappy no go ALL THE LIGHTS REMAIN ON (on the dongle....I did try when I got home same thing hooked up second dongle for sec setup that one works no problem,..any ideas & THANKX

Do you have all power saving settings and especially USB sleep mode set to OFF? If you have screen saver enabled and all the other things I mentioned the interface will lose connection to the computer and it seems really hard to get it to re connect most of the time after this happens.

THANKS FOR the help...

How would you change USB I went to control panel / then power option / usb setting and disabled both battery and plugged in...if thats right YEP its done and I still have the problem of a locked up dongle (all lights on dongle remain on) i even reinstalled MYDMX for the USB drivers, when I plug in dongle i get USB device not recognized & windows dosent recognize it???

Did you do a complete uninstall? Even delete the my dmx folder on your Hard drive?

The title is just a reflection of your post count. That is all. If you would like a custom member title, let me know and I can change it.
