When using MyDMX connected to a Mac Laptop will I be able to connect to the WiFLY RGBW8C Controller and Transceivers? Or is the MyDMX only able to control the lights via DMX Cables?

To connect to the Wifly transceivers, connect mydmx to your computer, then with a cable connect the dmx out of the mydmx interface and go to the dmx in of a wifly transceiver. The RGBW8C is a separate controller and does not have DMX in.
Thank you DMBDJ for responding. Yes, I understand exactly what you mean. I have been learning how DMX works and better able to understand your answers. The WiFly transceivers become the connection to the other WiFly lights and lights without built in WiFly that are connected to a WiFly transceiver. When using MyDMX connected to a computer you will no longer be able to or need to using another lighting mixer. Thank you for connecting the dots for me to understand the concept of DMX.
