MyDMX 3.0 software keeps crashing

Hi,

I recently bought a MyDMX 3.0 Controller that works great, but the software keep crashing every five minutes or so.
It seems completely random what triggers the crash, but it only happens when I work in the program, not when it's just running. I'm using version Dec 22 2016 on a Mac Book pro Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013. I have tried to downgrade the software and I have purchased paid software-version, but the problem remains

Does anybody have experience the same problem?

Yes I have the same issue. It recently got worse since the update. Now I can't even open a file without it instantly crashing. Making the software entirely useless. I have also tried downgrading the software which didn't work. I have no clue what to do. Literally a scam if they don't fix the problem soon considering I spent $300 and all I got out of it is wasted time.

Same here. Just started yesterday. Instantly crashes when I try to load the same file that was working fine before. So frustrating.
