Hello guys! I've come to an issue. I want to patch a fixture 7x10w rgb mini led wash, but everytime I click it, the software crashes. I've tried the same with 2.1 version and it works there. But I really need it to work in 3.0 version, because of the BPM tap. What can I do?

Hi, are you using Mac or windows? It;s either an issue with the profile that is causing the crash, or if you are on a Mac there could be another issue with it that is only present on Macs.

It a Mac. Do you have any idea what'd be wrong?
Does it crash for just that profile or an profile that you try to patch?
Do you use any of these Mac applications or similar ones? These are known to cause issues when using mydmx 3. If you have one of these installed, remove it and try to patch the lights again.
