Can you post a screenshot? Also which interface do you have? Lastly, did you completely remove/uninstall the previous release before installing this one or give it a different directory/filepath name? Helps to do a clean install.

DJ Laz, what interface do you have? If the program itself says interface detected, you should be fine. Test it with a fixture connected.

so i jut tried with a fixture and same result. so i tried with older version and it doesnt work either. its like mydmx buddy is bricked or somtething. the green light doesnt come on anymore.

i have solved the problem. i downloaded the lumidesk beta from dmxsoft.com installed it did a firmware update and voila it works. can i still email you to get this tool incase something ever happens again?

I would like to also upgrade to a full version instead of the express version. i see it on the dmxsoft.com page but dont see anywhere to actually add it to the cart.
The message you got in the screenshot you posted, holds the link to go to the store and register the buddy and also purchase the upgrade options.

FYI the store is pretty new and there maybe some snags when trying to get all set up, also the plug ins required for now only work on Internet Explorer, FireFox, or Safari. Chrome is not support yet.

Hi. I now got the same problem: Updated myDMX 2.0 (to vers. 1. Jul 2015), registred at dmxsoft.. and now get the message that I am running a demo version. (see screen dump)

Just done a clean upgrade to July 1 version, mine also says demo mode and 3d box empty, unable to see/select any fittings, when running a show, I thought the 3D box would visualise the show but nothing. Also having difficulty moving my saved profiles on my desktop back into the 'Imported file'.
running it with 2.0 dongle box.
