my vms4 doesnt work at all

i bought vms4 and when download all the software needed when i turned on my controller connecting to software dj le...i see all lights glow..then no control at all..after reinstalling everything i dont get sound..no..control on fader, play, scratch...please help me solve this..thank you

I know your pain! I've had the same problem. I first tried installing on a toshiba laptop with windows 7.
I downloaded all of the win7 updates and tried reinstalling from the beginning.
No Luck!

I referred to many of the posts in this forum and tried many of the ideas other people tried.
I reviewed the video guides on the website and they are not to informative.

In my ASIO settings...I have nothing. They are blank.

I have tried installing on a laptop with windows vista. Still doesn't work.

I am gonna keep reviewing and reading for another week or so. I hope I see something that helps before I start asking for help myself.
