My Right Touchpad Line

Hey. i got a problem with my right touchpad line thing going. The left is workin well,

but on the right it is like a normal touchpad but switching sometime to 127 value in between for 1 moment and then back when i move.

did i get a mondaymade one?

or how can i fix it.
