My New Pc With Windows 7 Does Not Find the VMS4

When i start VMS4 it sounds like a usb divice has been connected to my PC... but there is no signs of the VSM4 in the USB control panel... It is just connected and afterwards it is not apperead anywhere... I am telling this bcz when i run the Traktor the VMS4 shuts down many times.., and doesnt stop shuting of afterwards...After it is Off an icon on my desktop is show ... installin new software... instalation failed.... etc etc...I dont know what to do pliz help MEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!

I realized that the problem is on effects on deck B... when i trigger them and play with the effects of this section the console switches off alone or restarts... Also the sound stops but the programm is still running, i dont know what is this HELP ME PLIZ!!!!!!!
