my dmx device connection

Hi, can anyone help.

Ive just bought a new myDMX-RM and can't seem to get it to show up in the device list on the my dmx 3.0 software. The RM does show up in the hardware manager which surely should mean it's working. I'm using a 2019 15" macbook pro.

If anyone could help that would be great! If you need more info to help my troubles let me know

No the latest MyDMX 3 software is from 2020. Please go to the MyDMX 3 product page and grab the latest.
