I can't seem to get my dmx 2.1 software to work with my dmx buddy. Is there a way to do this?

With the buddy plugged in, but the MyDMX 2.1 program NOT running, go to: C:\MyDMX2.1\driver and run the SiudiDriver app and let it install the drivers again, then once it is done, try to open the program and see if it detects.
no luck. I opened the driver and let it run but when I opened up mydmx2.1 there was no response
Hi, it actually turns out that for some MyDMX Buddy units, the 2.1 software does not work on it to actually output DMX data. We are looking into it, do you need a link to the May 20th 2016 release of MyDMX 2.0 software to use on your Buddy?
I actually have it but it crashes every time i use it at least once a performance.
