I get a good install with the 64 bit version, but the software crashes or will not start with the controller plugged in. I know the controller and USB cable are working fine because everything works fine on an older but cracked screen 32 bit HP laptop running Vista. I have followed all of the steps here in the forum and still cannot get the program to work on two different HP Pavilion Laptops both running Vista 64 bit. Firmware update maybe? Or host USB update? Anyone else having the same problem? Also is it possible to DMX text or an image to this model laser, 100mw Green Animation Laser light with ILDA (SG100)? The manual is written in English by Chinese so it was very basic and I attempted to write a profile from what was supplied but did not see text editor.

What's going on with it? It's not working here as well on Vista 64bit. The software open but the lights starts to go crazy and it's impossible to setup it into the software. It's working fine on WinXP 32bit. We have a brand new sony viao FW here. Have you guys ever tested the drivers before posting it into that forum?
Ok so i've been using myDMX on a desktop with XP 32-bit for two weeks and it's proven to be pretty stable.

But now I just bought a laptop for a show next week and the laptop only came with Vista 64-bit so I installed the 64-bit driver from the website. Then I installed the march 2009 software. When i plug the USB interface in the computer, all the lights shut down and go into adress mode, so that's a good sign. But when i launch the software, it start in USB mode, but i can't patch any profile. And my colortubes start blinking for no reason.
