mxr 19

I have an 19 MXR. Sometimes it works together with VirtualDJ, sometimes it won't. Any ideas what the problem can be?

are you using it with VDJ? can you post some screenshots of the audio settings?

with a description that vague... no chance.

please describe your issue more detailed including some steps to reproduce etc.

hey going to send it back to the shop tomorrow and hopefully the new one will sort out the issue, in regards to a screen shot without connecting it all up but when you open the config it does not give you any options along the top

I currently use a American audio MXR19 with virtual DJ Pro 7.4.1, I am having problems that starting last week where the gain and volume levels just drop unexpectedly on deck A. Player B Won't function at all. It's as if it is frozen. I had to use player A in auto mix to get through the evening except the gain and levels kept dropping every couple of songs and sometimes the volume would go out completely for 10 seconds. This has happened all of a sudden and prior to this, I've had no problems at all. It has worked exceptionally well. I tried changing the USB cable thinking it might be shorting out but it still does it with a new cord. Has anyone else experienced this problem.

that indeed sounds like a hardware defect (if you can rule out cables & power issues) - please contact the ADJ support on this!
