I was trying to program my lights and everything was fine, and then the program would pop-up a box asking if I wanted to purchase more software and that the program wasn't connected to the internet. I clicked on the red "X" to close it...it closes...pops up again and when I close it the program crashes and closed. This happened multiple times and I tried disconnecting the interface to see if that caused it but it made no difference I finally stopped trying. Could not having a terminator installed do this? Ours won't be here until late this week.
I took the computer, interface, a light, etc. home and tried to duplicate the problem, but the program worked fine at home.
