multi saucer

I've got one of these and anytime it runs for a long period of time (maybe 20 mins) it shuts off. It seems the internal surge pops? I've tried 4 outlets and nothing changes? Also, is there anyway to control this light (ie turning it on and off other than unplugging it?)

hey bull, welcome to the forum. A good way of controlling lights would be the PC-4 (1-4 lights) or the PC-100A for 1-8 lights(rack mountable). These have individual switches for controlling on and off for each outlet.

ultra would that keep the internal surge from popping on the multi-saucer?

I could be (and most likely am) wrong, but I thought that high tech effect lights should only have a duty cycle of about 5-8 minutes then they need a minute or two breather. If I am right, that would explain the tripping after 20 minutes. If I am incorrect, then I am sorry.
