Movingheads vs Moonflower dmx problem.

Good afternoon, what a pleasure I have moved with my ADJ 3.0 subscription for second year.

I do have two questions though,
1) I have three moving heads all with their own DMX address and they play well. As soon as I switch on my moonflower (also its own DMX channel), the moving heads go to their starting position?

Do I turn on the moonflower first and then the moving head, is it ok?

2) I now play DMX via an ipad but would like to work via midi taps.
Who knows a good device with which I can control my lamps with taps?
