I've been using myDMX 2.0 on a flaky brain damaged computer the pastor's wife quit using 10 years ago. Now, the church has a nice new computer. Yippee! No more funky wizzing out in the middle of the service! Was rather psychedelic.

I found the .dlm files. Are there any other files I need to copy from the old computer to the new? The live tab now works and I can at least do the services. The editor tab doesn't seem to know about the light fixtures, so there must be another file or folder I need to sneakernet from the old computer.

Thanks!

Hi Torby, welcome to the forums. The only other real files that helps to have on hand are any profiles that you used that weren't in the library when you first started using it, like i f we sent you a profile for a light that you didn't see in the library and you put it in the American DJ folder, then it is best to copy that file to a thumb drive or something and also place it in the American DJ folder, BEFORE you load the .dlm file from the old computer into the new one. Make sense?
