On a previous thread, someone had suggest that "if you go through and put a "z" in every fixtures dimming slider channel than you can hold down the "z" on the keyboard and slide the mouse up and down to turn all lights on or off."

I can get this to work when in the 'Setup' and 'Editor' screens, but I can't seem to get the mouse to move the sliders whilst holding the hot-key down in the 'User' screen?

Is this correct, or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks in advance for the help.

What thread was this?

If you have same-type lights, you can grab a fader(say, a dimmer channel), and the move and hold SHIFT and then they'll all latch and move the same.

I don't see how you would assign a key to a fader and then have that be capable of allowing group functions. I mean, what if you have to break the group?

I do know how to assign the same MIDI control to more than one DMX channel. That's easy. That might be more to your requirements.

I think I have use the scroll while on a channel(in the value box) and scrolled to change values. I know I have done something with the scroll.
