I sent in my mixer for warranty repair MONTHS ago and I have not received it back. I tried e-mailing info@americanaudio.us but it comes back as undeliverable. I call and I sit on hold for an hour. I have all of my shipment and tracking info but nobody seems to know what i should do. I know it is going to take a while to get it fixed but this is getting rediculous. Anybody have an idea of what i should do? (besides say screw it and go with a different company)

I am getting mad.
