Mini Gressor II won't light up

Hi, I just got my brand new Mini-Gressor II in the mail. I plugged it in, the fan came on, but no lights. Does that mean the lights are blown, or the fuse, or just that the music must be so loud that you go deaf before the lights come on?

well, I opened it, and they were both broken, as was the spare that shipped with it :-(

Will they replace it under warranty?
