Mighty Scan mirrors tilt control, one step off

Hi Smart Lighting Gods,

I have 3(soon to be 4, when UPS gets here) Mighty Scans on a truss. One of the beams is "one step off". After the reset I can press on the mirror and it move in line with the other Scans, until the next reset. Then it is one step off with the other beams again.

What can I do to fix this small problem?

the only problem that I can think of is a bad cable, to long of a run, or some other thing. check you cables and if they are all good and your run is under 100ft, i would contact AMDJ

Hi,

No, it not the cable length. This light is from a different manufacturing timeframe, I think. It's only showing up on the tilt (vertical position), I'd like to adjust the stop, where the stepper motor finds it's home and sync them with the other units.

Make sure that the end of your DMX run is properly terminated. If that doesn't work give support a call @ 800 322 6337
