Mighty Scan Color Wheel issue

I have a set of 4 mighty scans... I love them to death, I've had them for around 3ish years without a problem....

until now.....

One color wheel is like a 1/2 step off of the others.... When all 3 scanners are white, the 4th is white/blue.

What is causing this issue?

It could be a motor or adjustment problem.

Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-322-6337 to get a return authorization number for service.

I had one mighty scan that was yellow all the time. I took it apart and tightened the set screw on the color wheel. If you are not handy with tools , then send it back.
