Hey teher I have 2 MIDI paks that have NO REAL manual and so i can not get them to function as I should..
I would really like some help here--BUT so far ADJ has been NON-existant in all the emails I have sent then----well--once they said--"we will get back to you..we are too busy now--releasing new products to offer support for older ones"

I have 2 of your MIDI-PAK dimmer / controllers and am trying to trigger it via MIDI signals as per the instructions..
It seems that if I try to use anything faster than a HALF-NOTE to trigger the lights on any channel , the light MIGHT come on but will NOT turn off anfter the note has ended.
If I use a half note or bigger--it will turn the lioght on and off.
So the problem is i cant triger the lights to do something fast and relaibly turn on and off.
aslo--is it possible the trigger the chase modes and speed using MIDI .
The 2 page manual that comes with this unit is just a little beyond useless and says nothing about its function or programming at all.
I am looking at buying more elation equipement BUT will surely not consider it---or consider reccomending any of it to my friends if the support or manuals and help--is of a similar quality to what I have seen from your site so far.
I would appreciate some hel;p to use this product properly and for what it was designed to do...trigger and dim lights using midi.
If I bought a MIDI keyboard that would only play HALF-NOTES or bigger..would that be considered to be a properly functioning keyboard.....Im sure you'd agree...not at all
so please help me to resolve this problem.
I will also be sending copies of this email to EVERY DJ and sound forum I can find on the net..and when you answer me--i will post your answers to me--so that others can be helped to fix this issue..or to see the kind of products and support you offer to your clients..thx
