Micro Galaxian/Warranty Issues

I just bought 2 micro galaxian lights from amazon's warehouse deals. The first one came in and is great but the second one made a weird fan noise as soon as i turn it on and after a few minutes it would go away.

Today I tried it again and now the red light does not turn on at all only the green.

And the fan continues to rev upon turning it on.

Im not sure if warranty is voided due to buying from amazon?

and if i should just get my money back or can i still use my warranty?
