Megastrobe problems...

We just incorperated the "****** Light Show" software into our light show. But I cant get the Megastobe to respond.
I have tried switching posts 2&3 on the input and dip swith 10 is on (instructions per ******)
I just cant seem to get it to work.

I does flash randomly when now attached to the system. and the DMX light is on.

Any help would be appreciated....
